About WeT1D
WeT1D is built around the idea that many real diabetes decisions start with a meal in front of you, not a blank form. The public site explains the product clearly, while private workflows stay behind authenticated access.
WeT1D combines camera-first meal capture, food-photo estimates, dose review, history, recipes, and Battle Buddy support into one mobile-first workflow.
The app is designed to support day-to-day Type 1 diabetes management without pretending to replace emergency care or clinician judgment. Users can capture meals, review carb-heavy foods, log photos privately, and route a meal into dosing only when they actually want dosing support.
Therapy settings are optional for general app use. They only become required when someone wants WeT1D to calculate an insulin dose.
Safety posture
Photos and logs are private by default. Publishing and sharing are intentional actions, not silent defaults.
AI estimates and dose suggestions should always be reviewed against the user’s own care plan.
